Merriman’s Market Cafe

Featuring the atmosphere of a fun, casual and affordable restaurant, Merriman’s Market Café is another of Peter Merriman’s additions to the Big Island’s culinary scene.  This time Merriman shows how the cuisines of the Mediterranean ~  particularly that of Italy~ can bring out the best in the freshest local food treasures grown on the island.  Pasta dishes with vine-ripened tomato sauce made from Waimea’s famed tomatoes, artisan-style breads, house-pulled mozzarella cheese and a fabulous selection of wines compliment it all and make Merriman’s Market Café a must do on the Big Island of Hawaii.  Join us daily for Happy Hour from 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. to try our fresh juice Mai Tais and $4.95 tapas.
