Putting Course Attendant

Kings' Shops Lakeside Putting


General Purpose

To create a great customer service experience by providing a safe and clean venue and a friendly and fun experience for all guests at the Kings’ Shops Lakeside Putting Course. To maintain the operations of the putting course to ensure it is clean, stocked and ready to play during operating times and to maximize revenue with proper sales recording and selling of logo items.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

·         Provides excellent customer service to all guests to ensure an outstanding experience

·         Operates a Retail Merchandising Unit (RMU) that is outdoors and in the elements during normal operating hours

·         Distributes and receives equipment from guests (putters, balls, scorecards, etc.) and restocks merchandise as necessary

·         Responsible for accurately entering daily register transactions

·         Maintains the overall cleanliness of the RMU and putting course

·         Identifies potential safety matters and fixes them immediately or if unable to, communicates them to the manager

·         Monitors customer activities to ensure the Company’s assets are secure

Education and Experience

·         High school diploma or its equivalent (such as a GED)

·         Three years of customer service experience

·         Knowledge of and golf playing experience is a plus

·         Positive attitude, customer service skills and good verbal communication
